Anybody know what I’d need and any idea of cost for a 2 kw solar system installed to run independently just to run pond I’ve been looking on internet for dad but but there’s so many systems at all sorts of prices do you need a professional to install one as I know diddly squat about them if anyone could recomend a system and installer that would be great ideally I’d like to stand the panel in garden near pond if possiable

I can’t help much but a neighbour has a small panel (3x2ft) on his garage roof and he uses it to power his washer through the night. He has a wall of car batteries that the panel charges. The wall is about 20ft x 8ft. Going off his set up I’d recommend a proper company.

Thanx for reply had a few quotes just a 3 kw system for pond all sorts of varying prices from £1800 to £4000

Haha that’s exactly what I said when they told me the price
